At Brave Group US Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fashion purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of starting the request.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
